About the shop
One brand, one trade, four Phoenix routes
An independent shop working only on Wolf cooking equipment across Phoenix — ranges and rangetops, gas and induction cooktops, wall and steam ovens, warming drawers and ventilation. Gas pressure read with a gauge, oven sensors measured against spec, and the repair price agreed before it starts.
Wolf Repair Pros of Phoenix is not a general appliance outfit that also takes Wolf calls. Cooking equipment is the whole book of work: ranges and rangetops, gas and induction cooktops, wall and convection steam ovens, warming drawers and ventilation. Refrigeration is a different trade under a different name, and if that is what you have gone wrong we will say so instead of sending someone.
What narrows it further is the valley. Heat under a cooktop finishes off spark modules that would last years somewhere cooler. Fine grit gets into anything that spins, which is why so many hood calls turn out to be a wheel rather than a motor. And the water here will close down a steam circuit inside a couple of years if nothing is ever run through it. Those three account for most of what comes in.
Independent, Phoenix-based, and working on Wolf cooking equipment here since 2012.
How a visit runs
Three steps, and the last one is a working test
-
Tell us the model and the symptom
The rating plate is behind the oven door on a range, under the bullnose on a rangetop, inside the frame on a wall oven. That plus what the unit is doing decides which parts come along.
-
Readings taken, cause shown, price agreed
You are shown the reading that identifies the fault and told what the repair costs before it starts. If the honest answer is that the unit is not worth the parts, you get that answer too.
-
Repair, then a working test
Fitted, run, measured and cleaned up. Ovens get a full preheat with a probe, burners get relit, hoods get run through every speed with a hand at the cap.
The money bit, plainly
$89 to come out, and it comes off the repair
Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it.
The service call is flat. It covers the trip, the time on the unit and the full diagnosis — including the readings that prove the fault rather than a guess at it. Approve the repair and the whole $89 comes off the bill. Decline it and you have still paid for a proper answer, in writing, about what is wrong.
The repair itself is quoted before it starts. Parts and labour, one figure, agreed with you. There is no charge that appears afterwards, and no work that begins on the assumption you would have said yes.
- No forms on this site — the phone or the booking page, nothing else
- Model number read off the plate decides what travels with the van
- If a unit is not worth the parts, you get told that instead
